Employment |

In future, Y-cafe seeks qualified trainee to get involved in Y-cafe projects. For that required trainings will be conducted.
Training program devote considerable attention to all aspects of promoting full, productive and freely chosen employment for youth. |

Basic Level Training includes:: |
- Basic Computer Training and English language training.
- Tuition Classes for SLC Students (Because we found most students were having difficult to pass 10th grade)
- Life Skills (communication skills, interaction skills) during training period
- Computer related movie will be shown. (will help the students to conceptualize)
- Handling Technical Equipments (Camera, Projector etc.)
- Short workshop (Experience Sharing Opportunity) will take place after the completion of Basic Training

Advance Level Training would include: |
- Improving public relationship management
- Help them to conceptualize
- Training Specific software
- Launching employment initiatives at the local level
- Promoting employment-intensive investment
- Qualified trainer will present their concept and design at the seminar.

Ofcourse participants explore and analyze a variety of inter-related perspectives and information on a given issue. This helps them to build up a comprehensive capability in implementation and assessment. Most of this training focuses on pertinent concepts, key issues, sound methods and good practice. |
